We are therefore all the more pleased to report on two important certifications at REEL Reinheimer Elektronik GmbH: the successful renewal of our quality management certification according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015, as well as the successful completion of the conformity assessment in accordance with UN Regulation No. 10 (R10).
Both certifications underscore our commitment to consistently adhering to structured processes, high quality standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.
Our quality management system has once again been successfully audited by TÜV SÜD Management Service GmbH. The audit confirmed that our company meets the requirements of the internationally recognized DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 standard.
But what does this certification actually mean?
ISO 9001 specifies requirements for an effective quality management system. These include clearly defined workflows, traceable processes, the regular review of existing structures, and their continuous improvement.
For REEL, the certification covers the development, manufacturing, and distribution of electronic components and antennas for mobile and stationary applications, as well as cable assembly.
The successful renewal of this certification reaffirms our commitment to viewing quality not only in terms of the finished product, but also to ensuring it through structured processes across all areas of the company.
Certificate validity: October 21, 2026, through September 30, 2029
In addition to ISO 9001 certification, REEL has also successfully completed the conformity assessment in accordance with Annex 1, Revision 3, of the 1958 Geneva Convention.
The issued SNCH certificate confirms compliance within the scope of UN Regulation No. 10 (R10) for electrical and electronic subassemblies (ESA).
UN Regulation R10 addresses electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) in the automotive sector.
The goal is to limit electromagnetic interference and ensure that electrical and electronic components meet the relevant requirements regarding their electromagnetic compatibility.
Compliance with these requirements is particularly important in the automotive sector, where numerous electronic systems interact with one another.
With the successfully completed conformity assessment, we document compliance with relevant regulatory requirements within the certified scope.
Certificate validity: through August 11, 2029

While ISO 9001:2015 confirms the requirements for our quality management system and our internal processes, the SNCH conformity assessment documents our compliance with specific regulatory requirements in the field of electrical and electronic vehicle components.
Together, they underscore the importance REEL places on quality, technical reliability, and continuous improvement.
